1. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

INTERPRETATION

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

  • Digital Products refer to the membership-based services, educational resources, and downloadable content offered for purchase or access through the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Digital Products from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website and the membership-based educational resources offered by Prosper, accessible from www.joinprosper.co.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

  • Website refers to Prosper, accessible from www.joinprosper.co.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Service and form the entire agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Prosper offers membership-based access to educational resources focused on financial health, such as cash flow management, bookkeeping, and financial insights. These resources are intended for educational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial advice.

Disclaimer: Join Prosper is not an accounting service. Users are responsible for their financial decisions, and Prosper assumes no legal responsibility for actions taken based on the provided resources.

4. EMAIL MARKETING

By using the Service, You agree to be automatically enrolled in our email marketing campaigns and newsletters. These communications include updates on services, educational content, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.

5. PLACING ORDERS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By placing an order through the Service, You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You must supply accurate and complete information, including your name, email, payment information, and billing address.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to errors in pricing or product descriptions, fraud, or unauthorized transactions. Once an order for digital products has been accessed or downloaded, it is non-refundable.

7. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Payment is due at the time of purchase for Digital Products. Payments can be made using the available payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.). If there are issues with payment processing, the Company is not liable for delays or non-delivery.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prosper Core & Pro Plans: Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this period, You may cancel by providing 30 days' notice.

  • Growth Accelerator Plan: A 6-month minimum commitment is required. After this period, You may cancel by providing 30 days' notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. The total liability for any claim will be limited to $100 or the amount You paid through the Service.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be settled in Florida under local jurisdiction.
